Service Control

We assess the performance of agents involved in implementing services, and also the result obtained or the perceived quality of a service.

- Control of how service is rendered: We inspect and check the effectiveness of the means, equipment and machinery, etc., that are being used.

 

- Quality Control : We assess both the real result of a service (through objective procedures) and the external perception of the service (which is calculated by client and citizen satisfaction and complaints).
