- New services: We study the feasibility of new services with the consequent design, structure, specifications, offer analysis and implementation.

- Traditional services (town cleaning, rubbish collection, conservation and maintenance, etc.): We provide the knowledge and experience to create a qualitative inmprovement in the service, ranging from redesigning to implementing the service.

Service contracts

- Tenders: We analyse the strengths and weaknesses of the service in all its aspects, and we determine the key aspects of success and prepare specifications and offers.

- New services: We support implementing and optimising efficiency.

- On-going services: We audit and diagnose, searching for economic optimisation and client satisfaction.
